ReRent makes homesharing passive. With just some basic details, you can create your account and start making back rent. Our platform takes care of everything, so you can focus on your time away while we take care of the rest.

Getting Started
After submitting some basic details about your apartment, the next step is photos. We recommend adding pictures within 7 days after signing up so that we can create your listings as soon as possible.
Submitting Availability
We strongly encourage availability to be submitted at least 10 days before travel to increase the chances that you get a booking while you are away. Please indicate the time that you are leaving, so that we can efficiently coordinate cleanings.
Before You Leave
A physical copy of your key/digital key code and your Wi-Fi information must be provided to us at least 7 days prior to the start of your first trip.
Returning Home
Return back to a clean apartment and cash back. We send your earnings directly to your bank account within 10 days of a completed booking. Payments are connected through Stripe and linked to the ReRent portal.

Is ReRent only applicable for college students?
No – anyone and everyone with a place to sublet can become a ReRenter
If I don’t live by myself, do I have to have my own bedroom and/or bathroom?
The bathroom can be shared, but the bedroom must be private in order to list on ReRent

Does ReRent only take entire apartments?
No! As long as the bedroom is private, common spaces can be shared with other people (partners, roommates, family, etc) We still find high booking rates for ReRenters who live with others, so it’s not a concern at all!
